Experienced Painter (Interior & Exterior)
Full-time · Year-round · $22–$30/hr depending on experience
Lead-quality brushwork, cut lines, and spray finishes on coastal homes from Milton to Rehoboth Beach.
- 3+ years of professional residential painting
- Comfortable with prep, caulking, patching, and surface repair
- Clean, respectful presence in occupied homes
Cabinet & Fine Finish Specialist
Full-time or project-based · $25–$35/hr depending on portfolio
Spray-finish kitchens, built-ins, and furniture in our shop and on site with factory-smooth results.
- HVLP / airless spray experience with lacquers and enamels
- Detail obsessed — sanding, sheen consistency, dust control
- Portfolio of finished cabinetry a big plus
Painter's Helper / Apprentice
Full-time · Entry level · $17–$21/hr + paid training
Learn the trade the right way: prep, masking, tool care, and job-site setup alongside our lead painters.
- No experience required — reliability and attitude matter most
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Carpentry & Feature Wall Installer
Seasonal / project-based · Competitive, per project
Build board-and-batten, shiplap, wainscot, and trim details that become the centerpiece of a room.
- Finish carpentry experience with your own hand tools
- Precise measuring, coping, and scribing
- Photos of past installs appreciated
