Restaurant & Bar Atmosphere Refresh
A phased, after-hours refresh of the room your guests actually sit in — planned and run by owners who came up in hospitality. You keep every cover. We handle the atmosphere.

Jessica and Kristian spent years on the hospitality side before Intrepid. They know what a Friday night looks like, what a health inspection looks like, and why nobody can afford a crew still taping at 4 p.m.
What you get out of it
This is an operations decision, not a decorating one. Here is what the refresh is actually meant to change.
You never close a shift for us
Work is phased around your service calendar and runs after last call or before prep. You open the next day on schedule, with the space wiped down and reset.
The room photographs better
Guests post the room before they post the plate. Color, contrast, and lighting-aware finishes give your dining room and bar a backdrop worth putting on a phone.
Guests linger, and check averages follow
Warmer walls, a defined bar zone, and a finished ceiling change how long a table stays. Atmosphere is the cheapest lever you have on a second round.
Finishes survive a full season
Scrubbable, grease-tolerant coatings on high-traffic walls, booths, and service corridors — chosen so a summer rush doesn't undo the work by Labor Day.
What the refresh covers
Take the whole room or take it a zone at a time. Most operators start with the dining room and bar, then add the exterior before season.

- Dining room walls, ceilings, and trim
- Bar fronts, back bars, and shelving
- Booth surrounds, wainscot, and chair rail
- Feature walls and brand accent color
- Restrooms and guest corridors
- Kitchen and service-corridor coatings
- Exterior facade, doors, and signage surrounds
- Patio, deck, and railing refinishing
How it runs
01
Walkthrough after service
We meet you when the room is quiet, look at wear patterns and lighting, and talk through what guests actually notice.
02
Phase plan around your calendar
A written scope broken into nights or zones, mapped to your slowest shifts and any private events already on the books.
03
Overnight execution
Masked, protected, painted, and reset before open. Furniture returns to position and surfaces get wiped down every single night.
04
Walkthrough before your next service
We review the room together, clear the punch list, and leave touch-up paint labeled by wall.

COI and W-9 provided before the first night. Off-season and shoulder-season scheduling is easiest — if you want the room ready for summer, plan it in winter.
